I am interested in booking an appointment. What now???

Please call 561- 808-5752 to schedule an appointment!!! 

I will ask you your personal medical history 

and will discuss your medical concerns & treatment.

How do you take payment?

Zelle, Venmo, Cash App are accepted. 

Health care insurance is not accepted at this time.

How long does it take to receive the Mounjaro or Ozempic once I have had the consultation?

After you have had the consultation and payment has been received,

I will place your order.

You will typically receive your order within 5 business days

(please note: processing of the prescription order

by the pharmacy is not done during the evenings after 5pm, weekends or major holidays).

You will receive a FedEx tracking number

within 2-3 days of the order being placed so that you can track the order.

Once you receive it, I will follow up with you to ensure that you have received it and know how to self-inject!

Please be advised that telemedicine visits are limited in comparison to an in person visit.

If you are being seen today for an acute and/ or chronic problem, you are being treated based upon 

patient reported symptoms. 

For medical emergencies, please dial 911 or go to your
nearest emergency room. 

If your symptoms do not improve after the recommended treatment
course, please follow up ASAP for an in person visit with your Primary Care Provider (PCP).
